We offer free delivery with an elegant Veschetti gift packaging and insurance coverage included.
Estimated Delivery Times
- 10-15 business days for items in stock.
- 30-45 business days for items available upon request.
- 60 business days for custom orders.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any applicable customs procedures. If an item is unavailable or delays are expected, the Customer will be promptly informed.
For non-EU shipments, duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive an email with the tracking number and purchase invoice.

Return Information
Products eligible for return, as stated in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal without penalties and without the obligation to provide a reason.
- The return must be made at the Customer’s expense within the following 14 days.
- To initiate the process, the Return Form must be completed and sent via email or registered mail to Veschetti Gioielli Srl.
- Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items.
- For assistance or further information, we recommend contacting us before proceeding with the return.
If a defect is discovered after delivery, the Customer must notify our Customer Service via email or registered mail to Veschetti Gioielli Srl.
